Tracking & Administration

360 iCoach™ provides a comprehensive and extensive set of functions for teams to track, monitor and control the activity and usage of the environment. Within the administration function teams can customize the colors and insert the team logo to reinforce the team image and feeling throughout. The Administration function is a function reserved for those with the Administration privileges and proper training to enable them to centrally manage and control the environment according to team policy and procedures.

The Administration function also enables a central approach to create, edit and view user roles and rights and track and monitor overall usage of the environment. Coaches now will be able to get immediate feedback and information on who looked at the game film from yesterday, when they viewed it, or even where and how long they viewed it. Such tracking capability exists for any digital content within the environment. Every time a user signs on or every time a digital asset is uploaded, accessed, changed and downloaded – a log is captured for that transaction with extensive details. Many predefined functions are available and additional reports can be easily customized in the 360 iCoach™ environment.
